Writing

Books

I wrote The Kingdom of Gallus and the Trouble with Brunch, a silly-fun roleplaying game (think D&D) setting for anyone who likes light-hearted adventure. I illustrated it as well. The Kingdom of Gallus and the Trouble with Brunch is available from Shrimp Cult Press.

Copywriting

One of my responsibilities at Canadian Microbiology Proficiency Testing (CMPT) is writing articles for our monthly newsletter about the world of microbiology and clinical testing. I scan recent microbiology news regularly and curate a running list of research and events that might be of interest to our subscribers and build our SEO. When it’s time to write the newsletter, I pick the most relevant articles, summarize them, and add relevant information related to proficiency testing and quality.
